Tango Lovers’ cast of world-class dancers and musicians on April 1, 2017 honored the Centennial of “La Cumparsita”, with a fresh take on the spirit of Buenos Aires, bringing an avant-garde vision and a perfect mixture of the classical and the contemporary to the tango genre. The iconic tango composed by the Uruguayan Gerardo Matos Rodríguez celebrated 100 years of history. “La Cumparsita” is the tango piece that plays in all tango shows and milongas around the world and it is a tradition to be the last song in these events.

Marcos Ayala Marcos Ayala is a young talent who has toured around the world with renowned Tango companies. He won the World Tango Dance Championship in Japan. His background includes studies of direction, production and a vast international career in Asia, Europe, North America, the Caribbean and Latin America.
