Foreigners holding ordinary passports and a valid US visa category B2, J, B1, O, P (P1-P2-P3), E, or H-1B, who require a visa to enter Argentina as a tourist, can obtain an AVE online, provided the nationality of that travel document is included in the list of countries eligible for AVE.
