From February 7th until March 2nd, 2018 the Embassy of Argentina, with the support of the Government of Córdoba, Banco Industrial and the Córdoba Culture Agency,  presented the art exhibition "Bled" by Daniela Ramsfelder, curated by Alfredo Ratinoff. 

"From the vision of the red twilight (red) and the enigma of the blue fall (blue) the circular paintings of Daniela Ramsfelder break through. They are landscapes of events, says Paul Virilio in his essay. Movements and vibrations in an abstract space define these paintings. Here the imaginary time is constructed in the meticulous repetition of the gesture, achieving that the smallness and the distance have perhaps, an identical sense. They express a distant past and comprise a continuous present. Past time and future time. Today something new happens."

About the artist

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina (1975). She studied drawing and painting at the New York Studio School, and at the Parsons School of Design under Mercedes Matter, disciple of Hans Hofman and member of the American Abstract Artist movement in 1930. Overseas she was assistant to several artists, among the most outstanding, Suzanne McClelland and Carol Irving. Back in Buenos Aires, she attended the University Di Tella under Diego Bianchi and La Escuela de Proyectos under Sergio Bazán, Manuel Ameztoy, Augusto Zanella and Laura Messing, as well as with Adriana Ablin for several years. Her work has been exhibited in the United States, Greece, Uruguay and Argentina, and her work is part of the Banco Industrial as well as private collections.
