Join us in a Treasure Hunting for Wines in Patagonia with Nora Favelukes!
Though Mendoza is the most world-renowned region in Argentina, Wines from Patagonia are still growing their way into the awareness of the U.S. market. Their growth conditions, in high altitude vineyards, dry and cool climate, including some coastal locations to the Atlantic sea bring to us wines with specific and unique notes that the U.S. consumer palate must come to know.
Nora is an expert on these crisscrossing frontiers by the pioneers and the explosion of creativity derived from the expansion of new altitudes, soil mapping, adoption of sustainable and biodynamic practices, among many others. She will walk us through La Pampa, Rio Negro, Neuquén y Chubut and you don't want to miss this! For over 30 years Nora Favelukes of QW Wine Experts has been following the Argentine wine industry as it emerged on the world stage. Today, modern pioneers of this new movement are creating new wine regions North, East, West and South of Argentina with a renewed passion and vision.
