IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR HOLDERS OF VALID REGULAR PASSPORTS FROM INDIA, THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND THE PEOPLE´S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
Travelers holding a valid passport from India, the Dominican Republic, or the People's Republic of China with a valid American B2, J, O, P (P1, P2, and P3), E, or H-1B visa can enter Argentina for tourism or business purposes without an Argentine visa. Holders of other US visa types require a visa.

A)

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAT 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PLANNED DEPARTURE DATE

1. Copy of valid Passport (passport must be valid for a period of at least 6 months from the date of departure). Original must be submitted the day of the interview.
|
|
2. One filled-out Visa Application Form (all questions must be answered). Please download below.
|
|
|
3. 1 recent passport type photographs.
|
|
|
4. Evidence of your immigration status in the U.S.: (if not a U.S. national) i.e. Alien Registration Card, Advance Parole Document, Employment Authorization Card, valid visa, valid forms IAP66, I-94/ I-20 (signed on the reverse by designated school official).

|
5. Provide evidence of the commercial activity in the US of the company sponsoring the applicant (e.g.: verification letter from the Company’s bank showing account number and dates of operation; or a letter from a Chamber of Commerce certifying the company membership).
|
|
|
6. Hotel reservation in Argentina (details must match flight ticket).
|
|
|
7. Itinerary: round-trip flight ticket (with the name of the visa applicant on it).
|
|
|
8. Letter from the applicant’s employer in the U.S. stating: purpose and planned length of stay, full names, addresses and telephone numbers of all businesses and persons the applicant would contact in Argentina, and whether the employer assumes moral and financial responsibility.

|
9. Letter of invitation from the host company/organization in Argentina. It should state: name of the applicant, the purpose of the trip, planned length of stay, full name, addresses and telephone numbers of all businesses and persons the applicant would contact in Argentina. Important: The signature of the authority of the company or inviting organization in Argentina must be registered at the "Registro Nacional Unico de Requirentes de Extranjeros" (RENURE) of the "Dirección Nacional de Migraciones" (Immigration Authority). The registration number of the company or agency in the RENURE should also be stated in the invitation letter. Companies or organizations in Argentina that are not registered at the RENURE must contact the RENURE at the following contact phone: 4317-0200/0303/0263. If the applicant is attending a Trade Fair or an exhibition, he/she must show proof of his/her registration in the said event.

Interview: Once ALL documents are received by the Consular Section, an interview will be scheduled.

|
Fee: A US$ 200 fee is charged upfront. The fee should be paid by debit or credit card only. Please be informed that the fee will not be returned under any circumstances. |
